Updated main.cpp to integrate block_lanczos functionality, removed redundant matrix multiplication logic, fixed loop condition in block_lanczos.cpp, and improved index naming in extract_submatrix. e94025b261

Enhanced matrix constructors: added DIAGONAL and STANDARD types, streamlined initialization logic, and optimized data handling with r-value references. 92f4b5a4b2

New features ... fc42c5bfc5

- added a smart template for multiply, add and subtract function which allows me to either pass them as l-value or r-value
- moved the declaration of the multiply, add, subtract to matrix.h due to linking issues (had to be done)
- intial implmentation of block_lanczos algorithm, hopefully somewhat optimized
