Add archive mode, improve file metadata handling, and refactor code: ... 95d62eae77

- Implement `--archive-mode` to copy only new/modified files.
- Enhance `FileData` by including `last_modified` metadata.
- Refactor file analysis modules to support more robust operations.
- Add support for chrono dependency and bump version to 1.2.7.
